Accor Hotels wanted to communicate internally how they value their employees and trust their spirit of being true ‘Heartists’ (Artists with a big warm heart)

Reaching out to all internal staff members of different Indian Hotels of the Accor Hotels Group to communicate the Heartist Philosophy.

Marketing Strategy

An Original Anthem, music video conceptualized, where more than 200 employees featured and danced. Critical PR Leverage by Top HR management on how they see the employees on ‘Heartists’

The Result

The campaign received  4.5M media exposure, and 30.59% engagement.
